LADEP offers free shipping for all orders within the European Union. Orders are shipped with PostNL and typically arrive within 1-5 business days.
For orders outside the EU, we charge a standard fee of €20. These orders are also shipped with PostNL and can take 7-14 business days to arrive. Please note that international orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Absolutely. You can return your product for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please send an email to returns@ladep.eu to initiate the return process. Note that return costs are not covered by LADEP.
We offer exchanges or refunds for defective products. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return costs. Items should be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

If you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to returns@ladep.eu. We will assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
